So this is my blog, well my first blog not mandated by a professor… A little about me: my name is Tara, I’m half Scottish/ half Italian, I work for Universal Studios (currently) and I’m also a student (in college). I’m kind of a foodie, but only when someone else is doing the cooking, which is where this blog comes in.
I am going to start documenting the quick meals I am learning to make for myself. Whenever I make something new I’ll take pictures of the process and let you know what ingredients I use. Nothing will be super complicated, or uniformly cut…
